Job Overview
As a Level 3 Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team working to deliver high-level IT solutions to a diverse group of enterprise customers. Your focus will be planning and implementing cybersecurity solutions in network environments, as well as support for network infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee technology initiatives and contribute to completing daily IT objectives.

Conduct cybersecurity assessments and remediate issues in compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Addressing network issues, resolving problems, and ensuring the network operates smoothly.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures and report on network performance and security.
Skills and Qualifications

Experience managing complex IT projects and ability to multi-task effectively.

Strong network troubleshooting skills. Ability to accurately pinpoint issues and resolve in a timely manner.

Thorough understanding of cybersecurity standards and ready to apply knowledge towards real-world applications.

Familiarity with common firewall and network components from major manufacturers, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, and SonicWall.

Ability to plan and configure complex enterprise wireless networks.

Must have experience troubleshooting Layer 3 network problems using common skillsets, tools and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Cybersecurity. Work experience should show at least 3-5 years of experience supporting or administering networks.
